A harbourside penthouse, once owned by a beloved 1960s TV star, is up for auction with a $6.75 million price guide.

The three-bedroom, two bathroom luxury apartment was home to glamorous Fernande Glynn, who appeared in classic Australian TV dramas Homicide, The Hunter and Riptide.

Fernande, who died in 2012, aged 83, shared the gorgeous north shore pad with husband Willy Stader, an entrepreneur, who died earlier this year aged 102.
